Club Assembly

A Club Assembly is an occasional regular meeting where no speaker is planned so that the club membership can go over administrative topics and project support discussions in more detail and hold December annual elections.

Special Occasion 'Dark Days'

In some circumstances, such as holidays, or in order to support other special events, the club will not meet on a Thursday as usual. This is called "going dark" for the day. Please check our schedule for the scheduled 'dark days'.

Board Meetings

Meetings of the club's Board of Directors are held at 5:30 PM at a member's house on the fourth Thursday of the month. (Dates may be adjusted for holidays.)

Speakers' Recognition Awards and Thank You for Programs

To recognize and thank our meeting program speakers, we give all our speakers a Certificate of Appreciation and make a donation in recognition of their efforts to the Rotary Club of Niwot's Scholarship Fund. This started with our first speaker in the program, Larry Baldwin on April 2, 2009. To view a copy of the certificate and a list of past speakers for whom a donation has been made to the Scholarship Fund, see our Speaker Recognition Program page.
