Quick Directions
to Niwot
From the North:
Basically, you will be coming SW
out of Longmont on Hwy 119. If you are coming from
farther areas north, come south on I-25 to Exit 240 (the
south Longmont exit), and go east on 119 through
Longmont. 119 is call Ken Pratt as it goes through
Longmont. It eventually gets to Hover Rd. and bends SE
out of town. Niwot is about 4 miles south and the second
traffic light on the divided highway. Take a left into
town (Niwot Rd.).
If you are north of
Longmont, and don't want to go out to I-25, take Hwy 287
south to Longmont. It becomes Main Street in
Longmont. Go through most of the town and turn right on
Ken Pratt (h\Hwy 119). Continue east to Hover Rd. and
just keep following 119 south, as above.
From the South (Boulder):
If you
are coming into Boulder on 36,
take the first exit which is for the Foothills Parkway
(Hwy 157). (Stay to the left on the exit to really get
on Foothills.) Simply follow this road north and after 4
traffic lights it becomes "the Diagonal" (Hwy 119).
About 4-5 miles (and 4 more traffic lights) is Niwot Rd.
You can turn in there or go another 100 yards and turn
in on 2nd Ave. Look for the big flagpole by the Bank of
the West. (If you turned in on Niwot Rd., take the first
left on Franklin St. and go 1 block to 2nd Ave.)
From the East (I-25):
An alternative for either of the
above, that some may prefer, is to go to I-25 Exit 235
for Highway 52 (5 miles south of the south Longmont exit
above) and west 11 miles to the Hwy 119 light in front
of the old IBM plant. Turn right and go 1 mile up to
Niwot. Turn in either way as you would when coming from
Boulder.

Guests are extremely welcome.
