The Event will be coordinated by the Rotary Club of Niwot on Friday, July 4, 2025, in conjunction with 4th of July festivities in the community of Niwot, CO.  Exact time and location will be announced on the Club’s website at NiwotRotary.org. If circumstances require the Event to be delayed or postponed, it will be rescheduled at a time and place to be determined by the Club.
 
Each ticket is printed with a number that corresponds to a small rubber duck.  On the day of the Event, all ducks with matching sold tickets will be placed into a pile.  Winning ducks will be plucked from the pile through random draw.  All ducks will be provided by the Club and shall remain the property of the Club.
 
Cash Prizes are awarded for three ducks plucked by random draw.  Prizes are awarded to the Entrants holding a ticket that correspond to the winning ducks.  Additional small non-cash Prizes may be available, awarded based on additional plucked ducks. The non-cash Prize list is subject to change. The Club reserves the right, at its sole option, to substitute non-cash Prizes with other prizes of comparable value. Other restrictions may apply.
 
Entrants need not be present to win. Cash Prize winners will be announced on the Club’s NiwotRotary.org website. All winners will be notified by telephone, U.S. Mail, or email, based on the information on the winning ticket. Cash Prize winners must present their official race ticket and positive identification to the Club to receive their Prize. Prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited. Prize winners consent to the promotional use of their names and likenesses without additional compensation.
 
Chances of winning depend on the total number of qualified tickets sold. Any and all taxes and similar fees are the sole responsibility of the winner.
 
Club members and their spouse are not eligible to win any Prizes.
 
Must be 21 years or older to win. Each ticket must have a complete name, and at least one of phone, address, or email address. The Club reserves the right to limit the number of duck tickets per individual.
 
No purchase is necessary in order to enter or win. Entrants are encouraged to make a $5 donation per ticket, which benefits area organizations. One free ticket per person can be requested using a 3" x 5" card with complete name, and at least one of phone, address, or email address to be presented in person with identification at Duck Headquarters by noon June 27, 2025.  Duck Headquarters are at High Plains Bank, 600 Kimbark St, Longmont, CO
 
This Event is subject to all Federal, State, and local laws & regulations, and is void when prohibited by law. By entering, Entrants release Club, its officers, and related entities from any and all liability with respect to this Event.
 
All decisions and interpretations of rules and regulations will be made by the Club and are final.
